Risk adjustment continues to be hot-button issue

Investors are not adjusting enough for risk was one of the messages at the seventh annual Editorial Advisory Board meeting for The Institutional Real Estate Letter – Asia Pacific. Some of the most in-depth discussions during the Editorial Advisory Board for The Letter – Asia Pacific held in Tokyo this past October surrounded the topic of “adjusting for risk,” which on the whole attendees felt was not taken into consideration enough by real estate investors.
