Recent commercial real estate transactions

Below is a sampling of recent property transactions tracked by Real Capital Analytics. The largest transactions are a retail property near San Diego and an office building in New York City.

The property located at 2525 El Camino Real in Carlsbad, Calif., has been sold for $170 million to Rouse Properties by Westfield Group. It will be the future Shoppes at Carlsbad.

And in Manhattan, Northwind Group and Newmark Holdings purchased the office building located at 40–42 Exchange Place from Weiss Realty for $115 million.
