Recent commercial real estate transactions

Below is a sampling of recent property transactions tracked by Real Capital Analytics. The largest transactions are apartment complexes in Boston and New Jersey.

An affiliate of Swedish investment manager Akelius Residential Property has paid $157 million for the 279-unit West Square in Boston. Lincoln Property Co. was the seller.

And the 308-unit Chatham Hill in Chatham, N.J., sold for $123 million to Kushner Cos. from Home Properties, which was acquired by Lone Star Funds this year.
