Below is a sampling of recent property transactions tracked by Real Capital Analytics. The largest transactions were two office buildings in Washington, D.C.
The Franklin Tower was sold for $184 million to BlackRock Realty from Shorenstein Properties.
And an office property located less than a mile away was sold for the land only to Clark Enterprises and Oliver Carr Co. for $100 million. The seller was UBS Realty Advisors.
