Below is a sampling of recent property transactions tracked by Real Capital Analytics. The largest transactions were an office property in New York City and an apartment building in Chicago.
Ivanhoé Cambridge and its partner, Callahan Capital Properties, have completed their acquisition of a 100 percent interest in the 1.2 million-square-foot Three Bryant Park office property in midtown Manhattan for $2.2 billion. Three Bryant Park is located at 1095 Avenue of the Americas between 41st and 42nd streets.
In Chicago, Related Cos. has sold OneEleven at 111 W. Wacker Drive to Heitman for $328.1 million.
