Below is a sampling of recent property transactions tracked by Real Capital Analytics (RCA). The largest completed transactions included an apartment and office property in Manhattan.
Related Cos. has sold The Monterey, a 522-unit apartment complex, to Cammeby's International Group for $252 million. It would be the largest sale of a Manhattan multifamily building this year, according to RCA.
In the other deal, American Realty Capital New York Recovery REIT purchased 158,573 square feet of office space leased to Spring Studios for $90 million. The seller of the fifth through seventh floors at 90 Varick St. in the Tribeca neighborhood was Estate Four.
