Below is a sampling of recent property transactions tracked by Real Capital Analytics. The largest transactions are an office property in San Francisco and an apartment complex Los Angeles.
In San Francisco, Pembroke Real Estate entered the market with the purchase 100 California St. The sales price was approximately $182.1 million. The property was sold by Broadway Partners and Lehman Brothers Holdings.
And in Southern California, the 214-unit Watermarke apartment complex sold for $160.5 million to ASB Real Estate Investments. The seller was Watermarke Properties.
