Below is a sampling of recent property transactions. The largest transactions were sales by BioMed Realty, which is owned by affiliates of The Blackstone Group’s Blackstone Real Estate Partners VIII.
In two separate deals BioMed Realty sold two laboratory office properties for more than $1 billion.
Regeneron Pharmaceuticals paid $720 million to acquire The Landmark at Eastview, its 150-acre corporate headquarters campus in Tarrytown, N.Y.
The second asset was the GSK Global Vaccine Center, a 635,058-square-foot, three-building vaccine research and development facility in Rockville, Md., which sold for $337.5 million. HFF represented the seller and procured the buyer, GI
