Recent commercial real estate acquisitions

Below is a sampling of recent property transactions tracked by Real Capital Analytics (RCA). The largest completed transactions included retail purchases by Alexander & Baldwin and Rubenstein Real Estate.

Alexander & Baldwin paid $141.5 million for Pearl Highlands Center, located in Pearl City, Hawaii, from AEW Capital Partners. The 415,000-square-foot retail power center is anchored by Sam’s Club, 24-Hour Fitness, Pier One Imports and Ross Dress for Less. 

In Newark, Del., Pennsylvania REIT sold the 302,800-square-foot Christiana Center for $75 million. The buyer was Rubenstein Real Estate.
