The $1.9 billion Oklahoma Firefighters Pension and Retirement System has committed $15 million to Hall Capital III, managed by Hall Capital Partners, according to board documents from the Dec. 20, 2013, board meeting.
The pension system’s investment consultant, The Bogdahn Group, also recommended committing $25 million to Dune Real Estate Partners, but, after review, consideration was given to further evaluate Landmark Realty Advisors and other managers in the Connecticut area.
Board documents also indicate that the investment committee would be bringing in Ardian, Pomona Capital, Capital Dynamics and Dune Real Estate Partners to present secondary real estate and secondary private equity products in a special meeting to be held at an undisclosed time.
