Natixis sells Paris office for €162m

Natixis has sold its Paris office, Liberté et Coupole, in a sale-leaseback transaction for €162 million ($204.4 million) to Foncière des Régions. The transaction was carried out by Crédit Foncier Immobilier as part of a co-exclusive listing agreement with JLL.

The “Freedom and Dome” property at Charenton-le-Pont totals 409,032 square feet. It is 100 percent occupied by Natixis under a lease that expires in October 2023. Natixis is the investment management and financial services arm of Groupe BPCE. It has occupied the property since it opened in 1995.

The complex totals three buildings of seven stories high. It includes an underground parking garage. It also offers several amenities including canteen, cafeteria, gym, terrace, meeting rooms and reception. It accommodates nearly 2,000 employees.
