Meadow Partners launches $300m fund

Meadow Partners has launched its fourth fund, Meadow Real Estate IV, according to an SEC filing. The fund aims to raise $300 million.

Its predecessor, Meadow Real Estate III, continues the same investment strategy it employed for Meadow Real Estate II — focusing on opportunistic purchases of income-producing properties in New York City and London.

Meadow is currently investing Meadow Real Estate III. It targets office, retail and apartment deals in the $10 million to $30 million range and has the ability to invest in hotels as well. In addition, Meadow may invest up to 20 percent of the capital raised in two new markets: Paris and Washington, D.C.
