The $195 million Westfield (Mass.) Contributory Retirement System is searching for a real estate manager to handle between $5 million and $10 million in a core-plus or value-added real estate fund.
The pension fund will consider commingled investment vehicles only and may hire more than one manager.
The current real estate managers, TerraCap Management and Intercontinental Real Estate, are invited to bid for the mandate.
The RFP is available from retirement administrator Lynn Rea via email. Proposals are due by Sept. 30.
