LaSalle, Harvest makes second acquisition as partners

LaSalle Investment Management and Harvest Properties have acquired two mid-rise towers totaling 276,551 square feet in San Mateo, Calif., from Fisher Investments. The firms did not disclose a sales price; however it is estimated that both assets sold for approximately $100 million.

At a sales price of $363 per square foot, Century Centre I sold for $37.1 million and Century II sold for $62.9 million. Eastdil Secured represented the seller.
