JEN Partners raises $123m for residential land fund

New York City–based JEN Partners has raised $122.9 million for its newest fund, JEN V, according to a filing with the SEC.

The firm invests in residential land and home-building companies. According to JEN Partners’ website, the firm has invested more than $3 billion in residential land. JEN Partners has investments across the United States, mainly in Arizona, Florida, Massachusetts, North Carolina and Texas.

JEN IV, the fund’s predecessor, closed in early 2014 with $180 million in equity commitments.
