Infrastructure industry veteran joins Toronto credit ratings agency

Andrew Lin has joined DBRS Ltd. as managing director and head of project finance. The project finance team is primarily responsible for ratings on energy and other non-recourse projects globally and supports broader infrastructure and P3 projects, led by the public finance team.

Toronto-based DBRS provides credit rating opinions on financial institutions, corporate entities, government bodies and various structured finance product groups in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and South America.

Lin has held several senior positions in the infrastructure investment market, including senior vice president with Borealis Infrastructure for nearly nine years, head of special initiatives and vice president – Treasury and Risk management with Infrastructure Ontario and most recently as senior vice president – project finance with Bilfinger Berger Project Investments in 2013. He is based in DBRS’ Toronto office.
