The Illinois State Board of Investment has issued an RFP for a real estate consultant.
Courtland Partners has been the $15.7 billion pension fund’s real estate consultant for three years and is welcome to rebid.
Proposals for both RFPs are due May 18, and a decision is expected to be made by June 19. The RFPs are available on ISBI’s website.
