Green Courte Partners has raised $400 million for its latest real estate fund, according to a filing with the SEC.
Green Courte Real Estate Partners IV launched in 2015 and has started to invest its capital. In July, the fund acquired two senior housing communities: Verena at Virginia Center in Glen Allen, Va., and Arbour Square of Harleysville in Harleysville, Pa.
In 2011, Green Courte Real Estate Partners III closed with $406.9 million to fund $1.2 billion in niche real estate investments. GCREP III continued the strategies of the firm’s first two funds, Green Courte Real Estate Partners and Green Courte Real Estate Partners II, which have invested in more than $1.1 billion of niche real estate investments.
