Former CBRE Global Investors executive joins NMSIC
Paul Chapman has joined the $20.6 billion New Mexico State Investment Council as director of real assets and real estate and is based in the organization’s Santa Fe office. Previously, Chapman was senior managing director, portfolio manager at CBRE Global Investors, based in Seattle.
Chapman joined CBRE in 2001. Prior to that, he served as COO of L&B Realty Advisors. He also has held senior positions with Heller Financial.
Chapman succeeds Geraldine Barlow in the position. In March, she joined Australian Unity Investments as general manager – investments, based in Melbourne, Australia.
