Federal Capital Partners has raised more than $425 million for its FCP Realty Fund III, according to a filing with the SEC, reaching 77.27 percent of its $550 million offering amount.
The fund invests in multifamily, office, retail, industrial, manufactured housing and self-storage assets in the eastern United States.
FCP Realty Fund II closed in 2012 with $529.2 million. The value-added vehicle invests in multifamily, office, retail and industrial opportunities throughout the mid-Atlantic region. When fully invested, the portfolio is expected to be worth $1.5 billion in total investments.
