Columbia Pacific Advisors has held a final close of $170 million for Columbia Pacific Real Estate Fund II, according to IREI’s FundTracker database.
The fund will invest in office, industrial, multifamily, hotel, senior living and healthcare properties in the Pacific Northwest, Denver and Austin. The fund is targeting a net return of 22 percent.
The fund held an initial close of $63.8 million in January 2015.
