Bridge Investment raises $1.1b for multifamily and office strategy

Bridge Investment Group Partners has held a final close for its multifamily and commercial office strategy, raising $1.1 billion in equity commitments.

Bridge Investment, which launched in early 2015, invests with a value-added strategy in multifamily and office assets in rapidly growing U.S. markets.

More than $450 million of equity has been deployed already into 32 assets. The existing portfolio is nationally diversified with assets that offer significant upside potential through incremental capital investment and operational improvements.

Bridge Investment manages approximately 31,00 multifamily units and 2.6 million square feet of office space.
