Bridge Investment Group Partners has a new fund,ROC Seniors Housing & Medical Properties Fund II, in the market, aiming to raise $750 million, according to an SEC filing.
ROC Seniors Housing & Medical Properties Fund I closed in 2015 with $737 million. The fund exceeded its original target of $450 million by about 60 percent. Its portfolio is valued at more than $1 billion. Its main focus has been acquiring private-pay senior living assets, particularly independent living, assisted living and memory care properties. The company also has an allocation for continuing care retirement communities.
